The below information states our online store policies through frequently asked questions.


What happens if I receive my item and I am not happy with it?

If you receive your item and it does not fit or is not what you expected, we are happy to offer you a store credit as long as:

  • The item is sent back in the original packaging with tags attached
  • The item is sent back within 7 days of you receiving it
  • The item is unworn and unwashed

You can post back the item to the address on your invoice and we will issue you the credit as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any credits on one of a kind/hand made clothing, eyewear and discounted items. Your credit will last for 3 months from the day we email you your unique credit code to use for your next purchase. 

 

What happens if I receive my item and it is faulty?

All items are thoroughly inspected by us before being shipped to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase. If however, you believe that your item is faulty or not as described please contact us directly at info@tealandtala.com.au and we can further assist you from there.


What happens when you (Teal & Tala) receive the package?

Once we receive your package, the items will be inspected and approved for a credit before it is issued. Once your credit is approved, we will process the return transaction within 7 business days. You will be informed via email when we have completed this transaction. If you are approved for a refund outside a faulty purchase, the cost of $10 shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

How long will it take to hear back from my email?

We endeavour to respond to your emails as soon as possible. Although mostly sooner, we will get back to you within 48 business hours. Please kindly understand that we have a large volume of daily enquiries and will get in contact with you as soon as we can and assist you as best we can.

 

When are orders processed?

Our orders are processed everyday, excluding weekends and public holidays and your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placement. 

 

How will my item be shipped?

All orders within Australia are shipped via EXPRESS POST at a flat rate of $10. If you are not home, your parcel will be carded to pick up from your local post office. 

 

I live out of Australia, can I still purchase online?

Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE.
