Sometimes it just doesn't fit like you hoped it would, and we get that.
Change of Mind / Doesn't Fit
If you receive your item and it does not fit or is not what you expected, we are happy to offer you a gift voucher as long as:
- The item is sent back in the original packaging with tags attached
- The item is sent back within 7 days of being received
- The item is unworn and unwashed
Please email us regarding your return and we will advise you the next steps.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any credits on one of a kind/custom made clothing and pierced ear earrings. Your gift voucher will last for 3 months from the day we email you your unique credit code to use for your next purchase.
All items are thoroughly inspected by us before being shipped to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase. If however, you believe that your item is faulty or not as described please contact us directly at email@example.com and we can further assist you from there.
The postage costs for returns will be at the customer’s expense and must be sent via traceable mail.
When We Receive the Returned Item
Once we receive your package and items have been inspected, you will be issued a gift voucher through our system. You will be informed via email when we have completed this transaction. If you are approved for a refund outside a faulty purchase, the shipping costs will be forfeited.
